These terms apply to the Sanchi app and website, operated by [founder's full name], Bengaluru, India, and, once incorporated, by the Sanchi company. By using Sanchi you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Sanchi keeps the orders you buy online in one place, using the order emails you forward and the purchases you add yourself. It reminds you before a return window closes, tells you when a refund is later than promised, drafts complaint messages, keeps the products you share into it on your phone, and remembers your size by brand.
During the beta, Sanchi is free and still being improved. Features may change, and some may not work perfectly.
You must be 18 or older. Forward only your own order emails, from an email account that belongs to you.
Return windows and refund dates come from the store's own email, the store's published policy, or dates you enter. Stores can change their policies, and a window can differ by seller, category or item. Always check the date in the store's app before relying on it. Sanchi is not responsible for a return or refund missed because a date was wrong, a reminder did not arrive, or an email was not forwarded.
Sanchi drafts messages from the facts of your own order. You decide whether to send them, and you send them yourself. They are not legal advice, and Sanchi does not act for you with any store or authority.
Sanchi is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any store named in it. Buying happens in the store's own app or website, under that store's terms. Where a link to a store earns Sanchi a commission, it is marked, and it never changes the price you pay or the order in which anything is shown.
Do not misuse Sanchi: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, copy it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Sanchi, its name, design and software belong to its operator. Your data stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to run Sanchi for you, as the privacy policy describes.
You can stop using Sanchi and delete your account and all your data in the app at any time. We may end the beta or the service with reasonable notice in the app.
Sanchi is provided as it is, during a beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by stores, couriers, payment providers or missed dates. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction. Please write to support@sanchi.app first; most things can be sorted quickly.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
